Fattoria Mani di Luna

The land was once part of the Lungarotti family's holdings before passing to Mario Cascianelli in the 1970s. In 2012 three friends — Simone, Rocco and Alessandro — took it over and committed the estate fully to organic and biodynamic farming, at altitudes of 200–400m along the Chiascio and Tiber rivers.

The estate has been certified organic since 2008 and fully biodynamic since 2012 — every vineyard task, from pruning to harvest, planned against the moon.

Everything is done by hand, following the lunar cycles and constellations to guide vineyard work.
